arrange the commands and added 3 more
commands.

Commands:
/bg claim makes the chunk you are stand yours
/bg unclaim removes the chunk of your list
/bg allow <player> allow a player in all your chunks
/bg disallow <player> disallow a player in all your chunks
/bg tp set <location> makes the block you are stand a location to tp
/bg tp go <location> go to the block you set.
/bg tp del <location> removes the location from your list

currently the locations and the chunks are unlimited for players
so I need to add one of this options cool downs, prices, limit per user.
also I will add more commands.

Item frames and paintings are unprotected will fix asap.
