A warning: A rank that starts with all permissions granted and then removes specific permissions will be able to use this plugin without consuming dyes/water bottles (unless paintwool.noconsume is false), and will be able to bypass WorldGuard and similar plugins (unless paintwool.overridewg is denied) even if the bypass permission within those plugins is already denied.
