Make your mobs bleed a little
BleedingMobs creates a blood effect, when you hit animals, monsters and other players. It generates blood particles using wool and redstone drops, that disappear after a short time and stain the floor with colored wool blocks. All particles can't be picked up and the wool blocks on the floor can't be broken. This plugin is highly customizable in the config.yml. If you need more options, just add a comment or create a ticket.
You should watch the videos to see the effects in action.
The idea for this project came after watching Yogscast: "Shadow of Israphel" Part 25 and 29.
Permissions You need the permission bleedingmobs.admin (default: op) to use the /bleedingmobs command. You need the permission bleedingmobs.bloodstrike (default: true), if you enable permission-only in config. If you enable the permission bleedingmobs.noblood (default: false), you will not bleed when hurt.
Statistics Since Version 3.4 this plugin sends statistics about the usage to the server http://mcstats.org/. You can disable it using the command /bleedingmobs disable-metrics

Well, not much I can really do then. I'll try it with your plugin list, but in all my tests so far I haven't been able to reproduce this. It is entirely possible a plugin could break it though.

Here: http://pastie.org/6029824 Well I talked to Cajs (if you know him) and well he and me think its not really this plugin but I'm having a 'new' glitch since few weeks now... If been searching for it but I didn't found any record of it so far... seems like I'm only player with this bug. I call it the 'raining items' glitch.... I mean if i kill a monster or I farm netherwart, etc anything else it just keeps 'raining items' (that the mob drops, or the item i farm) for few minutes, its like inf. items... And this bug also affects your plugin I think so thats why it drops the items I think. And I just can't find the cause of my bug, let alone a fix :(

The iron golem still drops iron ignots with unbreaking level 11565. Same for blazes they drop blaze dust level 18040. I don't know about other mobs but I assume they also drop it...

It has bugs aswell. Sometimes it drops unbreakign redstone or redwool level 6000. And a lot of them.... Kinda awkard.
Nice plugin. work great with Recommended build 1.4.7-R1 for me but when will you update it to latest version of bukkit?

Edit: I just disabled the plugin cause it drops enchanted wool with levels over 3000 and 6000...... I can't use it until I have a fix that will work for 100%......... Can you make a fix please?

I've had the same issues with this plugin, i applied the fixes specified and everything is working great now.
The plugin is neat but whenever i try it people are able to pick up the blocks. I took a look at your code and modified it to:
Only issue is that the blood blocks just stay on the ground forever, I'm working on a solution for this now though.
EDIT:
All of the enchanted blocks that are on the ground now get removed every few seconds but now i randomly see the drops spawning in big piles when the server is reloaded (This may be because of NoLagg?). I also noticed that you use "block.setTypeIdAndData", why not just send a block change? What would happen If a server crashed while the floor had "blood" on it? If you were to use "sendBlockChange" this could be completely avoided.
