Bukkit

• added threading so the server won't boot out the users because of to much workload
• added settings file with some basic settings for now
• changed: WorldEdit is now required for the worldeditCUI (requirement is needed to detect it correctly)
• fixed worldedit/worldguard dependency

Actually you need to relog to see the changes after you've changed any biome.
