/heal - Heals player. /heal <player> - Heals another player.

To Do:

Fix bugs :S

- Cannot heal another player (SpigotAPI error?)

- When healing yourself, only sets your heal to 20, not hunger.

- When healing yourself, appears a white message that says /heal [player] (Fixing for the next update)
