    What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
    There should be a WorldGuard integration so passive mobs won't spawn in places they aren't supposed to. The passive mobs should follow the "mob-spawning:DENY" flag in WorldGuard regions. There should also be a way to make the passive mobs spawn in specific worlds. They keep spawning in my creative world, and no animals are supposed to spawn there.

    Please provide any additional information below.
