Fixed an issue where spamming the boots slot with special boots could cause you to be treated as wearing them indefinitely, and would sometimes cause console errors. Fixed an issue where the Skywalker Boots could "cure" a player of slowness. /bd spawn now functions better in a command block. The Skywalker boots now have lag handling code.
