Huge update

- included basic ban manager.

- rewrite of how commands work. /ba to get a list of command functionality.

- /ba ban

- /ba unban

- sorted different functions of the database into their own classes.

- beginning of communication to client / server. Communicates with sslsockets

Currently this plugin has an error when loaded with orbfuscator.  The error is with orbfuscator's auto update feature.  Will investigate further.
