Steps to reproduce problem:
1.Place a sign (words turn blue as expected)
2.OP can use them
3.Players can't use them.

Please provide any additional information that may help me help you:
/rtp works fine. The problem is with the signs. I've given the permissions to everyone and ultimately i've assigned randomtp.* just to try it out, but players still can't use the signs. I've also tried the plugin with default config but got the same results.
