Steps to reproduce problem:
1. Create an RTP portal.
2. Go into a new world.
3. Find the coordinates of your newly created portal.
4. Watch as you magically get teleported within that second world!

Please provide any additional information that may help me help you: My username is "senpao" and the portal is *SUPPOSED* to be in Survival. I tested it in world "Building" and that is what the debug is.
