    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. install V1.2 on a 1.3.1 server
    2.Try to check who placed a block

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

    Sapphireking placed wool
    No logs found

    What version of the product are you using?
    V1.2

    Additional info:
    I am using bukki for minecraft 1.3.1, so I think it might just be that this plugin needs updated
