EDIT: This version mistakenly is only compatible with version 1.13+, backwards compatibility should be restored on the next release

* Initial 1.13 support (fixes detecting colored beds)
* Update German locale (thanks @thedava)
* Update bStats to version 1.2

This release isn't as tested as I'd like it to be (currently away from my normal testing environment) so please keep an eye out for any issues and file a ticket if you think you found a new bug.
