/msg and /tell #31

    I installed this plugin and noticed it had a feature to control the /msg layout but it wont work.

    Info:
    1.6.4
    Bukkit of course
    Plugins:
    World Edit
    this plugin
    Pex
    Vault

    It only displays:
    [ PlayerA -> PlayerB]
    and "PlayerA whispers <msg>

    Read the docs, the message layout only affects the bChatManager @player message feature.
