Fixed protocollib suport for 1.7!
Added a tablist filter!
if you set the config "playerlist" to true, your playerlist will be filtered just like your tags!
there is an option for grouping, leave that off for now. Its still a work in progress ;)
This currently requires the plguin TabAPI, but i will work on a protocollib version for the next update!

There appears to be a permissions problem with essentials.
