• Fixed reading of Randomization configuration file (it was only reading from the jar)
  
• Added ability to customize the block materials that determine whether a chest will be packed or static, as well as the block that you are allowed to place buttons on. INI file is saved when the plugin is disabled or stopped, and will store all the data that the plugin accessed in that run, or that existed previously.

It's likely there are some issues with regards to visibility with regard to spectators. This issue has been reported on and off and may be due to Player Error, but is equally likely due to some combination of factors- deaths, killing, race conditions, etc that I've simply not taken into account.

Some of the words used by the name randomizer are spelled incorrectly. (minor)
