BarCast

First release of BarCast to public. THIS IS A DEV BUILD, FIRST RELEASE, EXPECT BUGS!!
This release WILL contain bugs and is not recommended to use on a public server.

There is a command that is not working that are supposed to add messages to the message list. The command is /barcast add 'message'.
This will be fixed in the coming updates.

When changing the amount of time if the message is running, won't work.

Debugging may cause big memory usage, I do not recommend using this.

You can hear the ender dragon wings, will be removed in the next release.

This bug is not yet confirmed. If a player leaves the server, all the other messages will go away. (As said, this bug is NOT YET confirmed.)
