 -added Consolecommands! You can now use admin-commands from the bankcraftplugin in console.
 -added a new check if the banks.db file is created correctly. This should fix some NullPointers.

Interests aren't working for MySQL at the moment.
Please use flatfile if you want to grant interests...

XP-ACCOUNTS ARE NOT WORKING AS THEY SHOULD. I SUGGEST DEACTIVATING XP-BANKING AS FAST AS POSSIBLE
