V1.2pre

NOTE: This is a Pre-Release of the new Bankcraftversion. This could contain bugs and should NOT be used for your server.
I just upload this to ask you for help! Due to the plugin getting more and more complex i need your help testing it out.
Please report any bugs you find as a ticket! This way i can upload the 1.2 version as soon as possible!

- Fixed some command issues
- Added a loan-System
-Changed the interests.db to theformat: NAME=INTERESTMONEY=INTERESTXP=INTERESTONDEPTS=INTERESTONDEPTSXP
- Added many configoptions for this system
=> Note: the loan.damage note is not working yet
=> Players with debts now get added to the permissions group specified in the plugin. This enables you to customize what they should now (not) be able to do while in dept

Current KNOWN Bugs:
- bctimer is not working as it should...
- Players are sble to withdraw unlinited amounts of money
