New features

• All plugin messages are now fully localisable
• Ability to change the colour of any message displayed in BanHammer

Bug fixes

• Fixed a rare situation where it was possible to ban random players by accident
• Now possible to specify an maximum number of bans for /bh recent to return
• Default alias ban message corrected to avoid having "banned" in the reason.

Improvements

• Pardoning with the BanHammer command now pardons from the vanilla list as well
• No longer possible to ban players without a reason.
• Default use of colour in BanHammer is much better resulting in improved readability.
