No ArenaRailgun folder in my /plugins folder, nor shows up in /plugins #7

    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. Restarting Server
    2. Reloading Server
    3. Downloading New .jar file

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    I would expect the plugin to show up in my plugins folder, or /pl

    What version of the product are you using?
    v1.7.2

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    No, nothing shows up, so I don't have a log.

    Please provide any additional information below.
    I have the Battle Arena plugin, and battle tracker. It should be working, correct?
