No-docs release adding an experimental contest-thingy (not sure what was changed otherwise).

• Added tab completion, which allows to try out a few things.
• Added fully tab-completable commands for contest creation, deletion, info/inspect, start/stop and some other things. Contests allow to do archery stuff on no-pvp areas (win or lose by number of hits or score), but can also be used with pvp, the winner is announced, no scoreboards/stats (yet).
• Reads contests.yml to allow pre-defined contests, however it is empty at start. Under a "random" key you add the contest properties (name: ...), for reference use tab-completion with the /archer contest .... commmand and/or guess/ask.

Might add more description later. This version is compiled with 1.5.2, but might well work with a range of earlier builds of CraftBukkit that are byte-code compatible.
