Alright I just wanted to suggest 1 or 2 things, since this plugins seems interesting, probably the first thing I wanted to say is that if you could update this plugin to 1.6.2, thanks. Okay so no let's go with some features...

Radiaton Decays

Radiation decays if you're like in a low or very low layer

Anti-Radiation blocks
--------------------------------

Customizable blocks/ Or predetermined blocks that could be used to not be affected by the radiation, so you could build like an "Anti-Radiation" base, where you can take your chain armour off without problems.

It works with 1.6.2. There's that big text on the front page that says "THIS PLUGIN WILL WORK FOREVER". Also, what do you mean by radiation decays? There is already a feature that will keeps you from being affected by radiation while too high or too low.
