By default, creative mode players will not be restricted. You can change this in the config.
There's a new "antixray.bypass" permission if you want to exempt specific players. It's OFF for all players by default, including ops.
I made some updates to the default config this time, which overall make the rules more lenient. If you want these updates, you have to delete your config.yml and /reload.
Players can mine their first diamond after the first half hour.
Players may average 8 diamonds per hour.
They can build up a buffer of 16 diamonds while doing other tasks.
