At first I thought it was a announcement plugin not the one that changes the join/quit messages, but its quite good and useful.

I strongly recommend and i need PermissionsEX (PEX) support. That way you can keep track who is builder, vip, admin or higher and display the proper join/quit message. Atm its OP only.

And i really like the idea that other players get a different message.

Im quite suprised of the features.

But I could really use some announcement features too.
Make a central file for announcements with IDs. Add ingame commands to add/remove announcements, set interval, randomize and more. Also add command to add MOTD so people who join can see it.

You plugin has potential. You could make it a lot better. Just have a look at some of the other announcement plugins and follow some of their ideas. We really could use a good up to date announcement plugin with some easy ingame commands.
