Added angrywolf-pop-limit, to allow control of population of angry wolves on server (mob-to-wolf spawns can lead to big populations if you get carried away)
Added angrywolf-health and hellhound-health, to allow control of the initial health for these spawns (i.e. to make them tougher!)
Added hellhound-damagescale setting to make hellhounds more damage resistant (less than 1.0 reduced damage to them)
