Hi there, i got a simple request about the tempban start.

Could you add an option, to start the tempban when the player reconnect to the server ?

Explanations:

If i find a block destruction from a player, i use a tempban on him.
Problem is, if the ban is 2h for example, and the player is disconnected while 10 days, it's like i don't ban him.

I'm really sorry for my poor english, i hope you understand my message, and great job, this plugin is really nice.
