Added caching into the SQL logging to greatly reduce any delays that might have been present.

It has a debug message that I forgot to remove when it saves the cache to your database (Oops) It will be removed in the next version.

AdminBase 1.3.0-a

THIS VERSION IS FOR SQL TESTING ONLY, IF YOU WANT A MORE STABLE VERSION, STICK TO AdminBase1.2.0-a!

This version adds a semi-bug tested SQL logging functionality, but as it is my first time working with SQL, it might have some problems. Currently there is now command to search through the logs.

(Still needs some optimizations done)

AdminBase now has console functionality with /adminbase chat and /adminbase command, /adminbase check will get console functionality soon.
