LOTR Sauron Mod

Play As Sauron in Minecraft!

Three Rings for the Elven-kings under the sky,
Seven for the Dwarf-lords in their halls of stone,

In the Land of Mordor where the Shadows lie.
One Ring to rule them all, One Ring to find them,

Forged in Ithendil, a product of Mithril, and Obsidian, wear the Dark Lord's almighty armor and be near-invincible! This plugin will allow you to mine Ithendil Ores, smelt Ithendil Ingots and craft Sauron's weapons and armor!

Installation:

For v1.2 and above:

Install Minecraft Forge: http:minecraftforge.net/forum/
Place mod_SauronModClient.zip in the mods folder in .minecraft dir

For server admins, install Minecraft Forge Server, and put mod_SauronModServer.zip in the mods folder in server dir

For v1.1 and below:

Locate .minecraft\bin folder, open minecraft.jar with winrar.
Install both Modloaders (see requirements below)
Delete META INF folder from minecraft.jar
Open SauronMod *.zip with winrar/7-zip.
Drag "SauronMod * Client.zip" in (C:\Users\USER\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\mods)

For server admins, install ModloaderMP Server (see below), then drag "SauronMod * Server.zip" in (serverdir\mods\)

Client mods are harder to keep updated than server plugins, so I stopped developing it. If someone wants to take over, be my guest !
