XMonsters

XMonsters is a simple plugin that provides a single command to enable or disable monsters in ALL WORLDS. The command includes tab completion to simplfy usage. Permission to use this command defaults to op. When monsters are disabled via the monsters command, all existing monsters are removed from the world in addition to preventing the spawning of future monsters. This plugin also make use of a yaml file that can be edited manually to enable or disable monsters.


Commands

monsters
Enable or disable monsters. Can also be used without any parameters to show the current setting for monsters.

Usage:
monsters
monsters on
monsters off

Permissions

XMonstersPlugin.monsters
Permits the player to use the monsters command.
XMonstersPlugin.*
Includes all of the XMonsters permissions (currently only one).

Configuration File

The first time the XMonsters plugin is loaded, it will create an XMonsters sub-directory under the Plugins directory containing a config.yaml file. This yaml file can be edited manually while the plugin is not in use to enable or disable monsters. Note: editing the config.yaml file while the XMonsters plugin is in use could cause your changes to be overwritten when the plugin unloads and saves changes to the config.yaml file.

monstersEnabled
Enables or disables spawning of monsters in ALL WORLDS. Valid values are true and false.
