Witch Potions
Ever wonder how the witches mix their rare potions?
well my friend here is how, they use a Cauldron to make the
mix and soon you will to.
How to Mix
Clicking on the Cauldron with the potion and it will add the potion
to the Cauldron, as you may know the cauldron can have 3 potions to mix
well after add the first one you need to add a second one and the third one
and there you go you have a potion with 3 potions in it.
Permissions:
witchpotions.create - to create potions on cauldron default true (V7 and above)

the number of effects to allow will be on the next update I think but I add the config with the option of name message and set the type of potion to splash or potion

Thanks! :D A few things that would be useful in the config would be messages, how many effects to allow, and maybe an option to specify splash potion and regular potion, like in V2?

I think I found an issue with potions of leaping; they do not show up in any sort of witch potion if you put one into a brew. Even if you do a brew of just leaping potions, it gives you just "Brew", no effects in it whatsoever. Also, another issue would be that potion effects stack up and look weird when read, such as "Strength2" and then "Strength" right above it, if the other potion had it already.
Also, it would be nice if we could have a config file setup for this plugin? It seems REALLY great, and I love the idea; it's just for the server that it's going to be on, a few limits might need to be set. Again, thank you for making this!
