If you have one of those servers where there are minecarts everywhere, and your users are too lazy to delete their own, then you need this plugin. It will prevent players from spamming rails with minecarts, and also allows minecarts to be deleted upon exit. Everything is fully configurable to your liking.

Installation

• Place the JAR file in your plugins directory
• Start the server and let it create a config file
• Stop the server and edit the config file to your needs
• Enjoy!
