Ticketeer
Ticketeer is an online ticketing service for your Minecraft server that makes it easy to manage a growing community.
What does Ticketeer do?
Ticketeer lets your users submit help requests, enhancement ideas and much more over a web interface. Anything submitted to Ticketeer can be viewed online on any device and makes server management a lot easier for both players and server owners!
How can I get started?
Download the ticketeer plugin, register here and follow the easy setup instructions to link your server to your Ticketeer account. Users can immediately submit tickets to your personal ticketeer subdomain.
I have a suggestion for Ticketeer!
Great! Ticketeer's developers are available and willing to help. Ticketeer is still in alpha so we are looking to make it better to use any way we can. Simply submit a request ticket to our support and we'll get back to you within 24 hours.

This plugin uses an auto updater - to disable it please set autoupdate to false in the config.yml file.
Hey guys, sorry but I'm marking this plugin as inactive. I didn't really end up having the time to update it and not enough users as well. I'll open source the codebase on github.

I have the same issue
I got this plugin because it was just what i needed but when a player sends a ticket from in game i can see it listed on the webiste but when i click the link it just takes me to a blank page, however if submiting a ticket from the website i can see the ticket list and when the link is clicked it does display the ticket as it should. ive tested this twice, once i had a player send a ticket in and once i sent a ticket myself both from in game. i then submited a ticket right from the site and it was the only one that took me to a page that actually showed the submited ticket info.
one from player in game http://ticketeer.net/ticket/93 one from me in game http://ticketeer.net/ticket/94 one from me from website http://ticketeer.net/ticket/95
Im a fan, love it already. Looks like your still building the website however? Is there anywhere I can go for updates? Twitter or anything~
Edit: The ingame option for "Go to web view" adds a sub page called "Create-ticket" this doesn't exist.
Finally there are no management options for tickets. I cant update/delete or really do anything with the tickets, I can only view them.
will try this out!
Really love this, hopefully it'll continue to develop & grow :D
