This is the default config, this is what the kits.yml file will look like as soon as you get the walls plugin installed.

  - 301 1

This line here is 1 leather boot because the id for leather boots is 301, and we want 1 which is the number after a space. A list of ids can be found here

  - 373:8229 1

If you put a colon after the item id it will add the extra data to the item

  - 292 1 34:2

This here follows with a 34:2. This is the enchantment id and level. A list of enchantment ids can be found here
