Comandos:
- - tchat (Permissão: tchat.admin)
Sub-Comandos (Ex: tchat <sub-comando>)
- - off (Desativar o Chat no servidor) (Permissão para Ignorar: tchat.chat.ignore)
- - on (Ativar o Chat no Servidor)
- - clear (Limpar o Chat)
