Teleporter is a simple plugin, it enables you to use commands to teleport you or other players to a player's location or coordinates. You can also teleport all players to one player or coordinates.
Compatible with CommandBlock!
Commands:

Posted Apr 13, 2014Could you add like a /tpo overwrite? So if someone is tptoggled, then you can still tp.
I will use this plugin, IF that gets added, and yaw/pitch.
And If you cannot use ~ ~ , then add that.

Posted Feb 14, 2014cool plugin now i can use a nice tp plugin to use it with commandblocks for adventures map.. i wish u could add commands like the plugin teleportsuite (i use both and deactivate all your commands on teleprotsuite)

[+] Add /tp <x> <y> <z> [yaw] [pitch]. "[]" optional.

Oh, ok. Did you fix the /tpall ? If you are flying or runing and you have lag when the command is ejecuted it teleports you to your coordinates and maybe you advanced a few more blocks running or flying with lag :/

Posted Oct 28, 2013When you tp the any coordinates it tp you to the edge of the block, for example: tp <player> 400 55 400. You go to: 400,000 55 400,000 instead of 400,500 55 400,500

Posted Oct 24, 2013Add more specific permissions, like teleporter.tp.coord - teleporter.tp.player - teleporter.tpall.coord - teleporter.tpall.player
And another command: tptoggle. It toggle the player to teleport himself to any place or the others to teleport to him.
Another think is that when you do a /tpall you are moved to the center of the block. It teleport the others, not you.

It was promised to be simple, so keep it simple.
Instead, maybe make another plugin which handles spawning?
