Long time no update :0! Sorry everyone! I've been busy with school and running my own server.

Spammer's worst nightmare!

I hope I'm not the only one here that hates spam, profanity, caps abusers, repetitiveeee teeext, DoS attacks, and reconnect spammers! Spamicide ends it all!

SERVER'S WORST NIGHTMARE!

My server went into "lockdown" for the whole day for NO REASON! OP'S COULDN'T EVEN LOG IN. I WAKE UP TO HUNDREDS OF SKYPE MESSAGES TELLING ME "Unban me bro?" AND "Dude the server says spamicide cant log in or some shit?" WHAT THE FUCK.

DO NOT INSTALL THIS PLUGIN

It looks like you're planning on once again re-doing this, just wanted to say thanks and let you know that there's still interest in this project! I'm looking forward to it, and if you need a test server I'm more than happy to provide. Let me know.

Please update!! Same issue. Lockdown ALWAYS turns on, even when set to "false" in config.

Yes I think we have read the Warning below, but that means you would like feedback about errors and suggestions for the plugin because it is BETA? I thought that was the whole point of it's release and BETA title is to receive feedback positive or negative. On that not as Zeshan said, the server is going into lockdown all though "lockdown" is disabled in the config. Also, when I try to use the command " /spam reload " I receive this message... " reload is not online! " But I thought it could possibly be related to the fact I am running a Tekkit Server which is using 1.2.5. And I also have FrontEndProxy installed, which may be a No-No but I grew desperate past few days getting overwhelmed with major bot attacks. I am still learning. I just wish I created a Vanilla server, but that is life, you live and you learn.

When your turn lockdown: 'false' it goes back to true

Awesome plugin! I got DDOS'd earlier today and decided to look into some protection. I found FrontEndProxy, which seemed to be inactive, and the creator said this plugin is built off his. So i downloaded this! But my only problem is when i use the /spam command it just comes up saying "Invalid usage!" "/spam [stat : whois : lock ] and if i try /spam stat it just keeps coming up with invalid usage.

I'm on the 1.4.2 Bukkit Beta build if that means anything.

Otherwise, It seems to work! It locked the server down earlier, i just couldn't unlock it so i had to edit the config.
