Hello everyone! My plugin is a simple but smart MOTD/Welcome plugin. This plugin is not like other ones where you have to go through an annoying process like changing the config.yml and reloading the server. This plugin easily allows you to change your welcome message with one command!
Commands
/motd: Displays current MOTD/Welcome message. /setmotd: Sets the MOTD/Welcome message to the specified message.
Permissions
For your information: By default all Operators have the ability to use this permission(s). To be able to use the SmartWelcome permissions you must have a permission manager such as Permissions EX or Group-manager.
motd.set (allows the command /setmotd to be used.

All players by default, have permission to view the current MOTD (/motd).
You are still able to change the MOTD in the config.yml that is generated after first plugin run.
Please do not get this confused with the server list MOTD. This is the message that displays every time you join the server.
This plugin was proudly created using Java JDK 8, Eclipse IDE and the amazing Craftbukkit.
