avoiding loading chunks when doing checks

    Does this code keep a chunk loaded? I want to check if a player is in range before going any further. I want to avoid having the chunk loaded because villagers keep getting owned while it is and no players are on. I can't seem to be able to get the distance without referring to a block, which I suspect will load the chunk.

    	loop {village::*}:
    		loop all players:
    			if distance between loop-player and block at {village::%loop-index%} is less than 200:
    				set {_block} to the block at {village::%loop-index%}

    @Adam_Nox: Go

    I actually think that this will only compare coordinates...
    As far as I know only players can load Chunks atm
