Silence chat, join/leave messages, messages, and death messages!
A necessity for large servers and servers with streamers!
What if staff needs to contact a player who's chat is silenced? No problem! Chatty will automatically unsilence their chat!
Chat recognition:
- Chatty [by default] will recognize the first 3 letters of a players name. i.e. JHG
- The recognition range is between 3 and 6. From 3-6 for player "silence": [sil, sile, silen, silenc]

Installation
Drag the Chatty.jar into your plugins folder and restart your server
It'll create a folder called "Chatty" that contains the "config.yml"

Commands
/silence Silence your chat!
/silence * Silence the global chat
/clearchat Clear the chat history!
/commandspy Watch players execute commands
/socialspy Watch a players private messages
/mute <player> <hours> <minutes> <seconds> Mute a player for a desired amount of time
/mute <player> <minutes> <seconds> Mute a player for a desired amount of time
/mute <player> <seconds> Mute a player for a desired amount of time
/mute <player> Mute a player permanently until unmuted
Permissions
chatty.* Access to all the Chatty stuff
chatty.silence You can silence your chat!
chatty.silence.bypass For staff or important players, they can force people's chat to unsilence
chatty.silence.global Silence the global chat!
chatty.silence.global.ignore You can chat when the server is globally silenced!
chatty.clear-chat Access to /clearchat
chatty.mute You can mute people
chatty.mute.bypass You cannot be muted!
chatty.commandspy Access to /commandspy
chatty.socialspy Access to /socialspy
