With this plugin you can play .nbs files as noteblock sounds. You only have to put the .nbs files in the ServerMusic folder. Then you can get startet with /sm play <song>. Replace <song> with the name of the .nbs file. If the file has the name "music.nbs", type /sm play music or write a sign with "music" in the third line. For this Plugin you need the NoteBlockAPI !

If you use ServerMusic v1.0 you need to create the folder by yourself! In v1.0.1 the plugin create the folder automatically if it does not already exist!

Is it possible to make it play notes that are outside of the octave range?

@victor2748: I have "oversleep", so the folder is not being created.

In v1.0 you must create the folder "ServerMusic" by yourself. I'm sorry.

    AFK. Will be back soon

MineCraft does not support mp3 (yet). Only .nbs.

"some command that players who does not want to hear this can turn it off" This would be possible. But "music in a special radius " not. For this is an api change needed.

PS: Are you german? Because there is an "und" in your name. You can write in german too :)

    I know this were requests

I just wanted to know is something like this would be even possible

  • Avatar of MineCf MineCf Jan 06, 2014 at 15:34 UTC - 0 likes

Why? You can only hear the music if:

    • you type /sm play <song>
    • you click on a play sign
    • a player with permission type /sm play <song> SonicundMario

    Or I have misunderstood something?
