What is Red vs. Blue?
Red vs. Blue is a server mod, PvP plugin revolving around two opposing teams: Red and Blue. It provides the enabled PvP world with configurable arenas, multiple game types, economy rewards, and leaderboards for bragging rights!
Commands
- /rvb - Red vs. Blue command menu
/rvb team
- /rvb team - Informs you of which team you are a part of
- /rvb team stats - Informs you of your teams stats
- /rvb team list - Informs you of the other online players in your team
/rvb player
- /rvb player stats - Gives individual stat list
/rvb lead
- /rvb lead kills - Leader in kills
- /rvb lead deaths - Leader in deaths
- /rvb lead wins - Leader in wins
- /rvb lead losses - Leader in losses
/rvbadmin
- /rvba reset player [player] - Resets the player's profile given
- /rvba reset teams - Resets all team profiles
/blue
- /b [message] - Sends the message given to all online players on the blue team
/red
- /r [message] - Sends the message given to all online players on the red team

Posted Sep 9, 2013I keep looking in the config file and there are no commands for the plugin. Is there supposed to be another plugin for it? I really need it! Is this what everyone else uses for people with red leather armor and people with blue leather armor killing each other? Pm me to respond PLEASE!!!

Alright cool:) I seemed to have found an error with that version and loading the config file, but that is probably what you're experiencing. I've been busy with school so I havent had much time to work on the update; it will hopefully come this weekend!!
There isnt a command for choosing a team, you are supposed to (if the config file was working ;) ) be able to enable a world so that when a player joins that world, he will be automatically questioned : Red or Blue?

Is there a command to "choose" a team? Everything with either says "you're not on that team, or you don't belong to a team"

you are fine, I've no problem with helping test! I just can't seem to test anything without being on a team, and I can't seem to do anything team wise without admin commands, so there isn't much to test :)

(Configurable arenas and gametypes) Are there any errors on the console dealing with RvB? I'll look into this. Sorry about the trouble, early version means lots of mistakes :/

Posted Apr 2, 2012Yes, Same issue. Doesn't seem to generate a config file for me to edit, and doesn't let me access admin commands, w/e they may be. As such, I don't appear to be able to join a team.

Posted Apr 1, 2012Doesn't seem to do anything. When I type anything but /redvsblueadmin (/rvba, /rvbadmin) it says "not apart of [that] team". And when I type the admin command, it doesn't do anything. Isn't even recognized by the console. Am I doing something wrong :o
yeah still playing with it, I either get "not part of a team" or "not part of blue / red team" and the admin command doesn't give me an error or tell me I did something right / wrong.

Posted Apr 1, 2012Downloading now for a map that some friends and I run that is based solely around us building areans and then fighting.
Some mods we're using for info; Showcaseshopstandalone, Iconomy, PvPrewards, Vault
It'd be nice to eliminate PvPrewards with just this mod rewarding player kills. I'll let you know how we like it in the next few days :)
