Permission: rain.on
/rain off - Turns of Rain
Permission: rain.off
/rain info - Check plugin version
Permission: rain.rain
/rain help - Display the Help screen
Permission: rain.rain

This was made for a simple alternative to NoRain or AlwaysDay!
