ProsCaptureTheFlag

This is the classic Capture the Flag playground game, transformed into a Minecraft MUST. Adding this minigame to your server is great for spicing up the normal Minecraft daily grind. Games can be played with 2 to 10 people and last anywhere from 4 to 7 minutes long. Tested on 1.6.4 - 1.7.9

Features

Players do not die, so this means no exp loss, no grinding mcmmo levels, no whining from players losing anything. Inventories are saved and returned after the game, so this means no lost items. No friendly fire meaning players cannot troll their own team. No chat spam. Once a game starts, messages are only sent to the players who are actually playing the game. Light weight. Handles server restarts and reloads flawlessly. Extensively tested for bugs, and field tested.

Description

Players must travel to the other team's base to capture the flag. Points are awarded for kills, taking a flag, and capturing a flag. Players are spawned with colored leather armor for their respective teams, a diamond sword, and a bow as their only tools for defending or capturing. Upon taken player caused damage a player is slowed for a set amount of time.

Setup

Setting up the game is simple. Build an arena with a golden pressure plate for each team to act as the flag. The team colors are red and blue. Make sure to include an area where players spawn before the game starts. This is also used as the area for awaiting respawns. Finally top everything off with a spectating area. Players will be teleported here when the game ends.

Use /CFset to set locations for the respective teams and the spectating area.

Once you're ready to begin, type "/CFgame new" and the rest explains itself.
