PortalFilter
If you don't already know, Bukkit Version 1.4.7 R1.0 Finally enables mobs to travel through portals. With this milestone, this plugin will be able to control which mobs & players can use Nether Portals. Currently, it only controls players through the permissions node "portalfilter.use". This is the first plugin i have ever made as well! :D
To Do List:
1. Make A Config File To Define Which Mobs CANT Use Portals
2. A Reaction That Does NOT Kill A Player, But Teleports Them Outside With A Sent Message (Done!)
3. Any Ideas Tell Me! ;)

Permissions:
portalfilter.use: Allows a player to use a nether portal
