PlotMe Chat
This plugin is an addon to PlotMe plugin. This allows you to have the Global chat and the Plot chat. For example: the global chat is the normal chat of the server, the plot chat is the chat which only the players in the same plot can see.

Permissions
plotmechat.admin : Allows the player to send a message to everyone on the server (even those who have chat off) .
plotmechat.plotcolors: Lets the player change their plot chat color.
Warning
This plugin contains an auto-updater, if you want to change the state of it go to PlotMe Chat folder, open Config.yml an choose between:
Auto update disabled: "Auto Updater: false"
Auto update enabled: "Auto Updater: true"

This plugin only allows players in PlotMe world to use local chat, if you try to speak something with Plot Chat on it will say "You aren't inside a plot.", so you need to disable local chat in another worlds to use it.
But probably next version will have config then you can specify which one is the PlotMe world and when you try to use plot chat it change automatically to global chat.
