What is it?

Playerscan is a plugin that with a simple type of a command, you can right click with a tool, or right click with your empty hand on a block to teleport to each of player's, and check on them(when they are online)! This can help prevent griefing, be able to check and make sure everyone is doing ok, and can also be used with some plugins to have fun with your players ;)

Commands

/scan - Starts a scan! Can also stop a scan if a scan is in progress.

Permissions

  • Scanner.scan This allows you to use the commands /scan

New permission in 1.5:

  • Scanner.skip This allows you to skip over players/groups!

    Greetings,

    Please tell me what the permission is supposed to be. Neither scanner.scan nor playercsan.scan work.

    I can scan because I am op, but I can't get it to allow anyone else. It says they do not have permission.

    Do you think you could send me a little more of the log, and your plugin list?

    I haven't had this issue when I tested, but I will look into compatibility issues.

    As for the citizens plugin, I am going to say for now that the plugins are incompatible. I am not sure of this yet, but just a warning.

    I keep getting errors like this randomly while scanning: 22:15:53 CONSOLE: [SEVERE] Could not pass event PlayerInteractEvent to PlayerScan 22:15:53 CONSOLE: java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException: Index: 10, Size: 10

    and then it stops scanning.

    I use the citizens plugin and if that player is online it will teleport me to the statues.

    I really like this and what you have done, I think that it would be nice to be able to view players inventories while you are scanning, just a suggestion. Thanks -Josh
