    Currently no.

    @kanshou: Go

    You have to wait for a ProtocolLib update. I cannot do anything.

    Hi! I have a survival server, and I want the players to be able to change the skins, but not be able to change the name. Is it possible? I'm running 1.7.9 bukkit.

    Do you think it would be possible to add the feature so that you can do this command to a player, and if possible to an offline player? If so this would be marvelous to get citizens to have a nice name and skin :D
