PickaxeTweak

PickaxeTweak is a very simple plugin which was inspired by the mod Tinker's Construct. In said mod, you could create new kinds of pickaxes and these pickaxes had an extremely useful feature which allows for pickaxes to place blocks! This plugin implements this to vanilla pickaxes, meaning (for those of you who've never used this mod) that when you right click a block with your pickaxe, it uses the item to the right of your pickaxe on it, it could be cobble, or a torch, doesn't matter.

How to Use This Plugin

Place a pickaxe in your hotbar and the block you want to utilize to the right of it. Then when you have your pickaxe in your hand, right click on a block and then you will use the item to the right of the pickaxe. This is useful for mining trips, as you could have torches to the right of your pickaxe, so you could mine and place torches without ever needing to switch between items.

• You could right-click a block with a pickaxe to place the item to the right of your pickaxe (if it could be placed)
• Auto-updating (thanks Gravity!)

A Note About Auto-Updates and Update Checking

Unless disabled, this plugin will check for updates on curseforge. It will look for the version of CraftBukkit that you are running and the version of LootPlus you are running, the plugin will then decide if you are running an outdated version of the plugin and you are running the correct version of CraftBukkit (to prevent version mismatches). I see none of this information, none of it is ever cached. If you wish to disable auto-updating set the config option "autoUpdater" to false. These updates depend upon curse, so if you see that there is a new update but the plugin did not detect it, most likely it is because of curse being slow to update all my project files, regardless, feel free to report it and I'll let you know what's wrong (because it may actually be a bug with my plugin)

• autoUpdater - Dictates whether the plugin should auto-update
• setToDefault - setting this to 'true' resets the config files

Planned Features

• Usage of items (not only blocks), ie Water Bucket, Lava Bucket, etc.
• Making the ability default to using a torch if no item is present
