- Added option to group worlds together, so world, world_nether and world_the_end are now considered one world.
- Added first join messages to be broadcast when a player first joins the world or the server.
- Added command to toggle functionality of the plugin: /pwwtoggle

NOTE You will have to upgrade your config by deleting the old files!
