Description

The Overseer Plugin Suite aims to create a suite of modules that add different commands and systems to help you administrate your forum easily! From an authentication system to a regions/plots system, Overseer will be an all-in-one solution for all of your server problems. The main goal of the plugin is for it to function on our upcoming Minecraft server, KatCraft. This means that it might have special functions specifically designed for our server, not necessarily released to the public. The suite is currently under development, meaning it doesn't have much visible functionality as most of it is behind the scenes. Testers are welcome!

Modules

• OverseerMain: The main module required by all the other modules. It adds basic functions such as database manipulation.
• OverseerPerm: The module that handles permissions, prefixes and prefix colours as well as username colours. NOTE: The current version of OverseerPerm has the groups hard-coded, meaning you can change anything within the existing groups except for their names and you can't add new groups. Dynamic group handling will be added in a future release.
• OverseerAuth: The module that handles user registration and logging in. This is a fully functional module but it is not finished.
• OverseerAdmin: The module that handles administration commands and functions. NOTE: The current version of OverseerAdmin has the /tp command disabled due to a NullPointer exception. A fix for this will be released later today (04 Mar 2015).
• OverseerMisc: This module is currently under development. It is going to add miscellaneous commands such as /pm.

• User database registration
• Secure permissions (are only set after logging in)
• Database logging of admin commands
• Special admin channel ([#ADMIN]) showing commands executed by admins
• Passwords are hashed and never sent via plain text
• Players' UUIDs are logged upon registration, enabling for future username change support

• Automatic detection of purchases on the online shop
• Username change support
